Data and purposes: The next-event form processes first name, last name, email, phone and city of residence to manage registration and provide information about the next event in Valencia. The team form processes name, email, optional phone, collaboration type, optional portfolio and message to assess and respond to applications.

Legal basis: The data subject's explicit consent. Required fields are necessary to submit and manage the request. Consent can be withdrawn at any time using the contact above.

Retention: Next-event registrations are retained until consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction. Applications are retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested earlier, except where a legal retention duty applies.

Recipients and providers: Data is not sold or disclosed. Access is limited to the authorised MUVRISE team. Google provides the receiving inbox and Resend delivers transactional notifications. These services may involve processing outside the EEA under the safeguards required by applicable law.

Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 only loads after you choose “Allow” in the privacy panel. It provides aggregated statistics about visits, pages and interactions so we can improve the website. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed through “Measurement privacy” on the homepage.

External content: The homepage directly loads an official SoundCloud player. SoundCloud may receive technical information and apply its own technologies under its privacy policy. MUVRISE does not start playback automatically.

Rights: You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, via info@muvrise.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Automated decisions: No profiling or automated decisions are used. MUVRISE applies reasonable measures to restrict access and protect information.
